What you'll do:
- Lead the development of our React-based web application, creating intuitive and performant user interfaces.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into seamless features.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in code quality and testing.
- Optimize application for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of professional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and core web performance concepts.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand) and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
